Chancellor University (formerly Myers University), 2006-2010

Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems.  Served as Lead Faculty for both the MIS and Information Technology programs.  Redesigned both curriculums and coordinated course development.  Among the highest-rated teachers in student evaluations.  Chaired the Academic Technology committee, responsible for evaluating and recommending innovative instructional options.

Zin Technologies / Analex Corporation at NASA Glenn Research Center, 1990-2006

As a NASA contractor, I worked for multiple companies (the two above are the most prominent) in various roles.

Implementation Coordinator for Integrated Enterprise Management Project.  Led a team developing Web-database project administration systems; provided analysis and coordination for IEM interfaces effort; led efforts in interface development, data conversion, and testing.

Client-server project lead:  Project management, requirements definition and database architectural analysis for client-server engineering database.

Database coordinator:  Project management, database design and development, software development, and coordination with Agency and major contractors for International Space Station engineering database.

Cleveland Play House, 1987 - 1990

Manager, Computer Systems.  Guided transition to a computerized performing arts information system.  Developed and maintained systems for cost and revenue accounting, office automation and marketing.  Specified, budgeted for, acquired and installed hardware and software.  Created training materials, conducted and supervised training.

McDermott International, 1984 - 1987

Senior Analyst, Operations Research.  Designed, developed and maintained corporate international financial and marketing databases, business modeling systems, and proprietary database and communications languages; designed forecasting module of company's central contract database.

Cleveland State University, 1987 - 1996

Adjunct Professor, various graduate and undergraduate information systems topics.

Playhouse Square Foundation, 1973-1982

Served in many roles, from busboy to box office manager.
